About the Master Inservice Program

Professional Learning Through the Master Inservice Program

The Master Inservice Program is also available to other associations and individual private institutions that participate in the approved Master Inservice Program. This provides participating schools and organizations with access to a structured professional development program designed to support their administrators, teachers, and school personnel.

Professional Development for the Whole School

The program is available to both certified and non-certified personnel. Certified Florida educators can participate in approved inservice activities that may contribute toward professional certificate renewal. Non-certified personnel can also participate and maintain a documented record of professional training.

Designed Around Your School's Needs

The Master Inservice Program takes a school-centered approach to professional development. Participating schools can identify areas where additional training is needed, while the Inservice Office assists with program implementation, record maintenance, updates, and information related to inservice training.

Meaningful, Practical Training

Professional learning may include workshops, demonstrations, classroom applications, observations, mentoring, and other activities that allow educators to acquire knowledge, practice skills, and apply what they learn.

Supporting Educators and Schools

The Master Inservice Program provides opportunities for professional development across the school community and can support certification-related training, professional growth, current educational initiatives, and preparation for accreditation.
